Wood heat treatment equipment is mainly used for the production of carbonized wood, and through high temperature treatment to let the wood to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion pest control and other purposes. Our company designed and developed the automatic drying control programs by measuring and analyzing the color, quality, hydroscopicity, wet swelling property, mechanical property and chemical components of the coking wood under different conditions of carbonization. Ⅲ Technology Process
Put the wood into the tank---- high temperature steam dry in the tank----- high temperature heat treatment ------cooling-----balance the pressure and recover the room temperature----take the wood out-----Finish
Ⅳ Our advantage
1. This carbonization tank using electric heating, does not require a boiler, lower investment cost.
2. The processing time is short, it usually takes 2-3 days. If the moisture content is 15%, finish one batch only need one day, reducing the customer's time cost.
3. Use PLC touch screen automatic control, more secure and reliable.
4. In terms of structure, our company has special inspection and testing, and will do stress testing. The government inspection department will issue a certificate of conformity.
5. Vacuum control: After setting a vacuum table, vacuum reaches a predetermined value, close the valve to stop the vacuum.
